The OOAR is the independent organ in charge of receiving complaints submitted by UNAM’s students and members of the academic personnel, for alleged violations to the University Legislation. People that can file complaints in the Office are:
Students:
- Students of any educational stage of the university: middle school, high school, college and postgraduate
- Students in the process of receiving a university degree
Members of the academic personnel:
- Academic technicians
- Lecturer, Professor and research assistants
- Professors and researchers
TIf the applicants are underage, they can be represented by their parents or tutors.
